SPONSORING LEMONADE DAY MONROE COUNTY
While Lemonade Day Monroe County occurs on a single day in June, operating the program occurs during all months of the year and requires funding to sustain it. We offer the program at no cost to the participants! Sponsorship dollars cover the cost of the National Lemonade Day license, apps for youth entrepreneurs and mentors, supplies for workshops and registration events, contests for the participants, advertising and promotional materials, and general operating costs.

Did you know?donate nowLocally, Lemonade Day in 2019 saw 921 young entrepreneurs throughout Monroe County operating lemonade stands with their mentors, earning some of their first-ever incomes. After paying back their investor, 80% donated to local charities, 84% saved, and 28% opened their first savings account. The average profit was $99.95. Kids are learning real-world, life lessons through the Lemonade Day program.
